Sneak Peek: Capacity Super Heroes

I've been very busy today.  Crafting and creating a few goodies to spice up my upcoming capacity and weight unit.  Even though capacity and weight are not part of the second grade Common Core standards, which my grade level will transition to next year, I still wanted to make my unit a little more lively than just the worksheets my grade level shared and my Gary Gallon templates had seen much better days!  I'm not quite done but I made the templates for my superhero inspired Gallon Girl and Gallon Guy and just had to share!

Since creating these cuties, I have switched one of the arms/legs around so the left arm wasn't backwards.  I apparently didn't have enough coffee this morning.  ;)

Hope you are enjoying your weekend! Be back tomorrow with the complete unit!
