So, I finally put the finishing touches on the second set of my Spring Graphic Organizers. As Phil Robertson would say, "Good night a living...", this set took a long time. I apologize for the delay sweet friends. Just like all of you, I've been swept up with my day to day teaching responsibilities, plus being a wife and dog mom. Sometimes juggling it all means you have to step back from one area to get everything else on track for a little while. So I'm sorry this set is a little late, but hopefully you can still find this set useful! :)
Anyways, this set of organizers is insect, plants/flowers, Earth Day, and rainy weather themed. Perfect for the last few months of school. I use my seasonal organizers with pretty much with any book, not just with seasonal books. My big kids love them!

Many of my sweet followers have commented that they use these organizers in their listening and partner reading centers, which I think is a fabulous idea! :)
I'm trying something new and letting y'all try out my graphic organizers before you buy the full set. I have uploaded the following graphic organizers to my Google Drive to share with you!
Click on any of the pictures of {here} to download them!
The complete set has over 60 pages and has organizers for fiction and non fiction. For each graphic organizer in the pack has three versions. One that is flower or insect theme, one that is rainy day themed, and one that is Earth Day themed. If you can't tell, I love a good theme. :)
If you download the freebie in this post, I'd love if you followed my blog or liked my blog's Facebook page.
I'm off to hang out with the hubs and pups! Have a great night! :)
Happy Wednesday! :) I just wanted to let you y'all know that I have uploaded the first set of my spring graphic organizers. This set is all about St. Patrick's Day and Easter. Set Two will be all about rainy days, flowers, and Earth Day!
This set is perfect for St. Patrick's Day and Easter! I use them with pretty much any book we do comprehension work with during a holiday. My kiddos LOVE the seasonal flair.
Here's a closer look! :)

I hope everyone has been loving their weekend! I know I so appreciate the time at home. Since my husband and I bought our house this August, I've become such a homebody. I just love being home. :)
I've been busy the past few days creating the roll cover, sight word, and graphic organizer resources that I'll be using in my classroom in February.
Which I have to admit was a challenge. I'm typically not a big in Valentine's Day kind of gal. Thank goodness for cute clip art to inspire me! :)
I know my kiddos will go CRAZY over this insect inspired fry fluency game. A few of you have emailed me about just how I use these in my classroom. So look for a post this week on how I incoporate these into my ELA intervention block.
We don't always get to spend a lot of time doing seasonal things in fourth grade, so my kiddos LOVE our seasonal organizers. I typically use these instead of the organizers that come with our reading series. It's amazing what cute clip art can do to movitate some bigger kids. :) I included graphic organizers for President's Day, Groundhog's Day, and Valentine's Day.
I also have Roll and Covers for this month. My kiddos have loved the challenge of the 12 sided dice. I got mine from Amazon {here}. They shipped super fast!
I love using Roll and Covers for fact fluency practice and while most of my kiddos are ready for the 12 sided dice version, some of them need more practice with factors 1-6.
Like always, I've uploaded this version as a freebie to my Teachers Pay Teachers store. :) Just click on the picture below to download it from my Teachers Pay Teachers store.

Enjoy what's left of your weekend! :)
Hey friends! I'm working on my New Years Goal right now and focusing on balance. After I hit publish, I'll be prepping and preparing for our first day back, so I can enjoy some down time this evening with my hubs and pups.
I spent some time over break making the graphic organizers for this month. I've been blown away by just how successful they have been. Thank you SO much for your support! I know my fourth graders love seeing a little seasonal flair when responding to their reading, especially since we don't always have time to do lots of seasonal activities.
Many of my followers on TpT requested a winter theme for this month, so here they are!
Click on the picture or {here} to check them out on TpT or {here} on Teachers Notebook.
This month's multiplication roll and cover is also available. My kids LOVE playing these games. They've really helped with our fact fluency. I've ordered some ten and twelve sided dice...so be on the look out for games with bigger numbers soon! Just click {here} or on the picture below to download them from TpT!
If you went back today, I hope that your days were wonderful! If you go back tomorrow, rest up today and take some time for you!
Don't forget that Fourth and Ten has a Facebook page! It will be a perfect way for me to communicate with my fabulous followers more often as we head back to school!
While I LOVE, LOVE teaching early intermediate kiddos, one thing I miss about the primary grades is being able to spend a lot of time on themes like Thankgiving. My second graders were always engaged in any activity that had anything to do with the holidays. Bigger kids love activities like this too, but we have a lot less time in testing grades.
Once again, I have created a pack of seasonal graph organizers for my kiddos to use this month. You can check out this post and this post for more information on how I use these seasonal organizers in my classroom.
My little pumpkins loved using these last month and can't wait to for our public library collection to come in to use these. Thankgiving is great hitting and reviewing main idea and detail...so I requested some more nonfiction books to use. We are also using Thanksgiving books for our short two day week before Thanksgiving, so I'm glad I have these ready early.
We have a kid free day tomorrow, and half the day is ours, as in personal time off, so I'm *hoping* to finish up my Thanksgiving Math Centers sometime between tonight and tomorrow!
Would you like to win a copy of my Thanksgiving Graphic Organizers to use in your classroom? :) You can! The first person to correctly guess the number of little turkeys I have in my class wins! :) Don't forget your email with your comment! :)
They are also on sale through Wednesday night on TpT! :) Click on the cheerleader to check them out!
Have a great night friends! We started Data Folders in my room and I can't wait to share them with you, look for a post on that later in the week. :)
