Even though I'll only have my summer school kiddos for a few weeks, I still wanted to get to know them a bit. So I made up a little survey for them to fill out while we wait for everyone to arrive tomorrow.

I changed it up a little bit to fit my summer school needs, but you get the idea. Thanks to Hello Literacy and Kimberly Geswein for the adorable fonts. :)I also whipped up a little incentive chain to get my kiddos to read at home during our program. If they read at least 20 minutes a night, they fill out one of the slips below, and we will make a chain of everyone's slips. If our chain reaches the floor by the end of our time together, I'll bring in a special breakfast treat on our last day. :)

Nothing really earth shattering here, but if I could save one of y'all sometime one day, posting these was worth it!
Off to label folders and name tags! :)

Lisa, I love your get to know each other, keep 'em busy, while you're working, sheet! The children will, too! Thanks for sharing!
